Great New Ways to Make Money in 2019

New Ways to Make Money in 2019 New Ways to Make Money in 2019  is essential reading for all that want to leverage their time and resources to create a more abundant lifestyle in 2019. It’s a New Year! No doubt you made more than a few resolutions to ring it in and, if you are like many then one of them was to find ways to make a little more money this year. The only problem with that is that you already have a full-time job, and a family to care for, and so a second job really isn’t something you have the time or energy for and while you are hoping for a raise this year there’s no guarantee it’ll come.

The good news is that in 2019 there are a number of ways you can make money with very little effort and without taking up too much of your precious free time. Here’s a look at some of the most effective.

New Ways to Make Money in 2019

Take a Few Surveys

New Ways to Make Money in 2019Yes, surveys are annoying, and repetitive and often really rather boring. But they can also be an easy way to make a little extra money in your downtime rather than just scrolling through your friends’ updates and checking out the latest cat memes on Facebook. It won’t be a huge amount, but over the course of the year if you are consistent your survey ‘income’ could be more lucrative than you might imagine.

You will need to find the right survey sites though, as there are more than a few scam site out there. In South Africa in 2019 Paid Viewpoint,  MindSwarms and Palm Research are all good choices. Make sure you have an active PayPal account before you sign up though, as that is how these sites pay out.

Get Into Investment

If you have been thinking about getting into the world of investment, not only as a way to make extra cash but to help secure a better future for yourself then 2019 is the year to get started. You don’t need huge amounts of extra cash, or even a great deal of knowledge of the market as an investment is no longer just for the rich.

The key to successful investing is planning and education. There are lots of great resources available to the new investor and as you can begin investing for the price of that latte you buy every day – and don’t really need – then there are not too many reasons not to get started. Become an Airbnb Host

New Ways to Make Money in 2019If you have a spare room in your home and you like to entertain guests you could put that unused space to work and join the growing number of South Africans who are becoming Airbnb hosts. According to Airbnb themselves the average Airbnb host in South Africa shares their home for around 16 days a year and earns an additional R28,000 a year. A total of R817 million was earned by Airbnb hosts in 2018 with R1.6 billion spent by guests and those figures are projected to rise in 2019 as more and more people discover they prefer ‘the comforts of home’ when they travel over a standard hotel even if that home is someone else’s.

Have a Clear Out

How much ‘stuff’ do you have sitting in your basement/garage/loft/back of the wardrobe that you haven’t been through in years? If you are like many of us more than little. And while you may not have used or worn things in ages if they are still in good condition the chances are good that someone else would.

Thanks to sites like Gumtree and OLX selling your unwanted stuff is even easier than ever before and besides putting a little extra cash in your pocket having a clear out of all that unused stuff is a great way to to declutter your home, something that is also often a New Year’s resolution that many people make.
