The plan is a Guernsey based retirement annuity trust , the trustee of the plan is Sovereign Trust (Guernsey) Limited licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Contributions to a pension are free of donations tax and in the event of your death funds invested in this pension are not part of your estate. Contributions can be a once-off or ad-hoc . Benefits are available from age 50 and can be taken as a lump sum, income stream or a combination of both. There is no requirement to purchase an annuity.
